The Easy Guide To Being A BOSS!
#1 It's called -self-esteem- for a reason.
A boss doesn't ask for permission to feel good about himself, he just does. He/she understands that being a boss is a feeling that comes from within. If it's in you, no one can take it away from you. If you have to wait for someone to give it to you, it could be a while.
#2 A boss man's up or woman's up as the case may be.
When sh*t hits the fan, the boss does not run around looking for someone to blame. He has already found the problem. With that being said, he has also found the solution. He owns up to his mistakes even for the things that are out of his control. Because he understands that if he blames someone else, he is not a boss. He is a victim
#3 A boss takes care of his own.
His kids are his kids and he/she owns up to it and does whatever if necessary to protect them. Sometimes that means having pride take a back seat to bigger and better things, to bigger and better dreams of a strong family. But this isn't just for kids because its about the parents too. You can't follow a non-boss because if he can't take care of his own, what is he going to do for you.
#4 A boss balls out of control.
This means he/she looks for opportunities where others see that none exist. He makes something happen when ain't nothin' happening. The boss is out in front. Those who stay in the rear take in the rear.
#5 The boss does not drive looking in the rear view mirror
A boss can't change the past but he can help make a way for the future. A boss knows that he was lost and now he is found. He knows that the future is going to happen with or without him so he chooses for it to happen with him
Do what you can everyday to be a BOSS!
