As I look into your eyes I began to feel hope, joy, peace, insansity gone I don't needthe drugs anymore I feel so good to be sober
I'm safe up in heaven baby
That's what my father whispers in my ear
When I began to feel hurt and pain
I look to the sky and I hear his voice and I realize this happeness finally came
My heart is filled from that void and my husband to be holding my hand saying baby it's go to be "Alright"

Beauty in it's smallest capacity Beauty marks, luscious lips, and eyes to die for Is that all you see when you look at me When you look at your reflection glaring back at you what do you look for You've foresaken yourself only seeing what's appealing to the eye If you peel back the layers I'm sure the golden fruit is rotten inside  |
HopelessI've given up more than I care to share but it's not secrecy in this field you gotta be real and harsh Because covering up the wound with dirty bandages is So unclean but yet I see you brethren and sister and yet it seems just so simple to conform my question to you is "When will you stop being hopeless and move on?" |
New FOUND LeafLooking back on the last past year it was tears,pain, and of course cries but it was also laughter, tears of joy, and overcoming things that i had never imagined u tell me all these false hopes of my life being horrible but you never told me the peace at the end of the road or better yet tunnel it was dark for awhile but MANN i turned on my lightbulb ON in the flashlight and it cleared the passage. |

Sound ProofAre the young black screams as the whips,rope, and now burning bullets have touched our people's flesh the mourning of mothers and fathers the tears of siblings How long will we continue to be sound proof we have no voice if we don't speak yet we can post a video of gyrating and not of God and the triumphs of our ancestors the love is no longer of just race but it's of the love we have to have for our brothers and sisters no longer am I Sound Proof my voice is bold and no one will put me on mute or whip, hang, or pierce my skin of ungodly spirits or souls |
