My world has been torn with each heart break
Shattered glass in an earthquakeLeft with my pieces to start anewNever completely broken no matter what I go throughYet with each piece taken awayMy feelings no longer live in the dayFor beautiful bandits to come and stealHidden in the night In a vault of steelYet you've made a deposit in my heartGrowing with interest, this is the hard partBecause I may never be able to cash inMy heart is still to easy to smash inNot really sure what im saying with thisBut I long for us to share a kissTo get to know moreTo find out what pleasant future we have in storeTry not to feel but I guess thats out of my controlYou give me a comfortable feeling in my soulThats ignites my entire beingEven in my dreams you're all im seeingMy feelings, planted like a seedLife has given it almost everything it could needThe rains have come and gone, you are the sunshineThat will illuminate my life if you were to me mine

I don't feel itI don't feel it I like or love you, it's true I think it or I say, pretty much everyday My mind, yes but missing a part, my heart Is this real, if so, where is, how I feel I care, missing you when you're not there Is it your presence, simply the essence Sharing the same air, when you're there When not around, it's still ground Seeds in the field, yet nothing will yield Ripples in a pond end, no matter how far they extend This “love†is how deep, unknowing makes me weep Is there an answer to find, it's just all in my mind Running around to say, I just don't feel a way A way I should, not doing so, not so good Like it's there but not at all, I'm chasing a waterfall Doubt will reign, I need rain, only real with pain Isn't it suppose to tear me apart, melt my heart Where's the agony, the hard hits with no apology It's not this easy right?, Should be a burning light Bruises and scars you get, yet I don't feel it  |
Torturing my SoulSitting here contemplating So much it's aggravating Where's my love? SnowPart of me is tired of the heat year round Dreaming of the first time i saw snow hit the ground All my life I've dealt with warm weather Maybe a change of climate would be better It could be more enjoyable than the norm Happiness has more than one form Being in the same spot has gotten old The hot days are overrated. Time for some cold I wouldn't mind much cooler weather For each of the week i believe i have a sweater Sand is nice but i want to play in the snow If i wear the right things I'll be warm wherever i go Should i just uproot my life and change from what i know Just to spend it with cold weather and snow Or do i just want a break from the mundane To just be spontaneous and a little insane.
