No, no, I gots to go love!
I’ve overstayed, far and away
Searching for a tenderoni,
No beef from overcooked baloney
Never call collect or forget our hooray
Hip-Hop parade on tour, next day throwing shade
From just last nights hurrah at Harrah’s pool
Playing games of chance, we won memories
Just let it be, one of those things, that thing, thing
Happens when hearts chase fire, smoking tires
Got to get some rest from lust begets, just retire
Perspiring from tests of paternity, breaking hoods
Licking sweat from brows furrowed, questioning
How can this be me and my life attractions respectfully?
Getting up and close and all nasty with distractions
Mundane reactions to images too good to believe
But out for trust, but we are lead to deceive
Achieving nothing but dust from a warm breeze
Passing thru from city to city, with tricks up sleeves
Hated for coming thru, taking up with locals intimately
Love stayed home, wounded from extended tours
Now a veteran infested with post traumatic love stress
Overcame this disorder by loving fellow traveler’s for what’s within!
Not for what’s next to ingest, or in gist, looking over menus, time to place orders
No longer thirsty from travels inbetween a false love, used as a rest stop
Not my next stop or exit, to collect hearts overstocked from border line love kiosks
I love beyond outside road signs, hoping to one day meet my outwardly bound sojourning twin
For this reason I continue to travel towards love, for life is love and we must live our life with....Road love til the end!
