Emotion

Never have I been imbued with so much emotion

And not one word in my extensive vocabulary to describe it

When I think of you, a smile immediately seizes my face

I would say I think of you from the time the sunrises to the time my satin scarf hits my pillows

But that would be a lie because

The thought of you dances heavily on my mind leaving foot prints in my dreams

I treasure each moment I have with you as they transpire into motion pictures

I knew you were different from our first hello

I knew I loved you the moment you held me while I cried

Sometimes I catch myself gazing in your eyes

For your eyes tell stories that could never be narrated by mouth

The passion behind your lips as we kiss has laid the foundation of trust

I know you love me with every inch of your soul so there is no room for lust

Your goofy laugh serves as medicine for my soul

Cry with Me

Within these four corners is where I feel safe

As I begin to undress, I turn you on

The room gets steamy and the my glasses begin to fog

All the stress I endured today is suddenly gone

You  mentally stimulate my mind

But these is a physically sensation as well

Knowing that once I head out that door,

I'm back in hell

You remind me to stop thinking ahead and enjoy this temporary fix

So then I ease my mind and experience..... The Cry

As I cry, you cry with me

Your tears fall against my face and meet with mine

I know I'm not the only one who experiences a good shower cry

Asylum

For a whole three years, I thought I was free,

But unknowingly I was incarcerated in your Asylum

I subconsciously wore a straitjacket that embraced me so tightly

It masked my inner sanity

But now that I’m no longer heavy medicated with your lies

 I question was this jacket worn to keep me from harming myself or

Your ego that was build by the hurt you inflicted on me

My friends played doctor from the beginning prescribing me with Strong doses of

“Leave him” but yet I was always seeking other Doctoral opinions that would

Recommend “ rest, time, and a special dosing of keep him”

Every time I showed symptoms of leaving my comatose state,

You would make sure to strengthen your lies so I would not awake

After 3 long years in your Asylum full of your heavily medicated lies,

I finally took the prescription that was recommende...

Anger, Tears, Hate, Pain

Anger Flowin thru my body Like a street flooded with rain.Tears rolling down my face Like blood rushing thru my veins. Hate in my system trying to conceal my pain. My heart is gone but I can still feel the raging pulse beating away like the snare drums at a Independence day parade. Confusion running around mi brain like a marathon runner only difference is they know their cause for running. Ears over flowing with things you had said overflowing like the day hurricane katrina let her tears shed. Just by being in my life you have caused so much pain. Now its time to pull out the slate and Alt-Ctrl-Delete your name. But that still doesn't get ride of the anger,tears,hate and pain. That's just somethings I have to carry everyday my anger! my tears! my hate! my pain!

Her head is filled with deep tainted thoughts and confusion. She is living hell on earth and its not an illusion. She is over come with pain, fear, anger, and depression. Not even out her teen years and she questions.... Her life...her self-worth....her sanity....her imperfections.

As any other human she was not born saved. But her troubles started in her earlier days. She did not receive the fatherly love her friends fathers would display. She yearned for the love and attention a mother could not possibly bring.

While she was smart, beautiful and respectful, her standards for men did not match the same. She would willing put up with the vulgar words such as b***, h** and trick just to hear beautiful every other day.

Fast forward to her high school years when a stole her heart the whole thing lasted four years before he tore her a part. A part like how Jesus christ's arms stretched on the cross as he hung for 6 agonizing hours. Leaving with...

Heart

Almost a year ago I lost my heart to a sever case of "moving on"

Mi body locked mi heart in an intensive care unit

One more flood from the eyes that once glisted with pride and joy

Will cause mi heart to give out and die

The only thing keeping me alive is the Iv's God has running throught my uneasily defined veins

The spirit of music brings hope and light

While Im fighting this inner battle

Who is there on the outside

According to doctors and specialist

The pain will ease and eventually go away

WTF do they know not all hearts are the same

To this night I still break down and cry

Maybe ONLY mi body know what is right

I will contuinue to have faith as long as

God keeps me on these IV's

I know God will find someone who will

Reconstruct the Heart in me

All of me/ Half of you

As this pen bleeds the blood

From the scars left by you

This college ruled paper begins

To be stained with truth

Because pencil or typing won't do
