Don't give me your pity, I deserve more and I think fast I am born of a big city, soft hands, temperate demands, my shoulder is for your cheek you can confide in me, I don't need you as a crutch I don't lean on things that be, my head still needs to rest though when things are weighing heavily, where the heart breaks the mind shuts down emotionless with every feeling, who can I run to when I need love is very appealing, put your hand in mine, no words has to be said, with the great will of silence I know what your thinking in your head, love can't love me at last I know, how far lies the lost land I have to find before I go, in the lonely passion of our mood, I feel your pulses toward my pulses flow and it fills me up I don't need food, through your hand to mine, whispers that stability will come in time,
