A poem written to my younger self
Cry little girl cry
your heart is heavy
and you don't seem to know why....
Your sad and lonely always down and blue
you try to hide it but everyone knows the truth
You think you're all alone in this great big world....
Your heart cries and moans wanting you to
finally be that happy little girl
Then all of a sudden out of the blue
you hear a voice surrounding you....
A voice that tells you to hold on you just can't give up now...
So cry little girl cry no more....
Take all of that pain and throw it out of the door...
You've got to get happy you deserve it you know you do...
So let go of it all and let everyone
finally see the real you...
