Failed Mission

Are we hated, 

Because our skin is darker?

Yes, maybe.

But what really makes them hate,

Is that we've become educated.

The past, the present,

We've figured it all out.

Killing our people, 

We know what the rage is all about.

But you can't hide.

We all know,

How you're feeling deep inside.

Scared because we figured you out.

Love and be loved,

Children need love too.

All abuse isn't physical,

Verbal hurts the child too.

Stupid, dumb, slut, ,

No child should have to endure.

A parent should encourage, 

Not build to tear down. 

Our hearts are so big,

But our brains are so much bigger.

As an abused child,

I know how it feels to not be loved.

But as an abused child,

Anyone who needs it,

I will share with you my love.
