In the beginning...
life was harsh...
people were grateful
whenever they could find
water
food
a safe place to sleep
in those days...
we said, life was good...
life is a duality
there are two sides
of what we call reality
good
and evil
the good lord
and
the devil
never rest
they seek out one another
for life is the test...
the creator made life
and the devil...
had to prove
just how flawed it was
(since it was not in his nature to create life,
just confusion, suffering and strife)
so it was, then
as it is
now
When the devil
blew his horn...
his armies gathered
sought to destroy
the people
the people were gathered
many fought and died
bravely
others, secretly
hid their strength
for the day
they would rise again
they taken
on ships
put in chains
and scattered
to far away places...
and placed in bondage
they were forbidden the right
to read and write
and given hard labor
those who resisted
were killed
as examples
to show others
the futility
of resistance...
some colonies of people
revolted successfully
others ran away and mixed with other peoples
who welcomed them
treated them as the skilled and crafted people they were
allowing them, once again...
to be free...
eventually, the devils spell weakened
and the peoples strong will and sense of family
prevailed upon the people
the devil used to inflict bondage
since nature recycles all...
as the spell wore off
the devils brigade
were turned back into people
seeing how well and harmonious life could be
the bond was reformed
since what is learned in hardship
is not soon forgotten
those who
have a strong sense of family flourish
and those who are still
under the spell
still, speak and do
evil
no matter...
where you come from
or who you are
here we are
together ...again
our sphere of influence
precedes us
and we do right to honor the principles
even though the people
are human
and potentially flawed...
they are your foundation
and where you choose to take it
beyond...
is what legacy you bring
to the house...
