I'm a writer. That's what I do, I write.
So allow me to write with the intentions of showing my love.
I want you to be able to grasp every word
and every meaning in its rawest form
In the purity of its most natural state
I need you to hear me and sort of fear me
Understand me in all my phases,
And don't let them faze you.
Understand that I bleed when you cut me
Words that slice and actions delve deep into my womb
Piercing my soul, weakening my spirit when you go.
But I want you anyway.
Understand tears flow down my cheeks
When you reach in and rip out my
Most prize possession when you go, and you go.
But I want you anyway.
I wish to capture your heart and place it under glass
For safe keeping, place it on my dresser for admiration
I want to bask in its light and tie my heart strings to yours
And never let it go. This is what I want you to know.
Shame on those who say they have seen a
Beautiful scenery and have lied
I have seen beautiful scenery and it's in your eyes
The passageway to your whole being
Your elusive behavior allures me,
Traps me in each crack and crevice.
It's kind of scary to me but I want you anyway
The way you give me a taste and take it back
Touch my body and then hold back.
When your head gets heavy and your heart feels lonely.
Your feet get tired and your mouth starts running.
With me, this is true because I am a writer so allow me to say;
but I want you anyway.
I wish to transcend to higher heights with you.
Defeat gravity and travel space with you.
Go on a mental high and explore the vast unknown with you.
Become even more spiritual than I was before you.
Figure out who we are and take the world by storm with you.
Learn things that I never knew were, with you.
I will to become whole with you, a desire to come to you.
At the end of the day,
my soul just wants to come home and rest with you.
I feel blessed because of you,
and I want you to feel the way I do.
I am a writer, so allow me to write these words;
You and I, we fit together like a jigsaw puzzle.
There is no mistaken that we belong together.
And though you may turn to me and say,
"I can't be fixed. I can't be loved."
I am a writer, and so I'll write, " But, I want you anyway."
