As I walk through the streets I see
A whole different side of me a
Side of me I never thought I would see
From head to toe
Is all real
Don’t have to change any part of me
To look like a Barbie
God made me who I am today
He made me in all kinds of different ways
I’m not like most girls
I don’t need the make-up, high heels, or wear tightjeans
I just stand up and show people who I really be
My body is not perfect
But you have to look beneath
The surface
As I look into the mirror I
See a new
“Natural Beauty”
Skin so soft and clear
Caramel and golden
Yeah I’m beautiful doesn’t mean
I’m not outspoken
Opinions and judgments is what I use to get
I threw those in the sea and let it flow through the breeze
I changed my life it’s all about
God and having ownership of his pride
Bragging is not what I do
I feel like an angel
Being on hopeless victims shoulders
Like I suppose to
Jealous that I look better than you
Too bad
But I don’t worry about what others
Say
Bye!! Say what you got to say
