My death will not be without worth.
Birds will sing in celebration.
Dogs will howl in recognition.
The earth will proudly let me go.
I am now greater,
for I was God,
and as God they knew me.
The Earth will express her love,
for I have given my flesh as a gift.
And my love for all she is.
was engraved within me.
I became food for the scavengers.
I fertilized brother tree.
For this, nature will always hold my image
within her eternal mind.
What a worthful death.
A full expression of my gratitude.
A death that brings life.
A death worthy of recreation.
A gift to my mother earth.
And a transformation from my liquid self
to the clouds above,
for I was made of that which I consumed.
So I gave of myself, so as to rise
as all liquids do.
What a worthy death for the Son of the Sun
The brother of the trees.
The cousin of the air,
and the father of the life I helped bring forth.
What a worthy death.
