of those who hear and listen

prey to sweetened proposals
to take t r i p s of phenomenal h i g h s
...d e c e i tfully
swallowed forfeited souls are spewed out
condemned zombies to s i nfully chase
and worship addiction

death

they

Awaken Souls...It was extremely attractive blind faith at first sight the way his knowledge flirted with my mind, sharing images of kings and queens who once ruled ancient fertile lands
I understood completely the language in his eyes that spoke of longing for me, to me his stare absorbed the vision of my melanin skin down to the lovely beauty he sought within me gave new meaning to loving the skin I'm in
With his touch came a current through me akin to the river Nile I felt the anointing of our ancestors
Our hearts' beat like African drums as our bodies sacredly bond to the sound of symbolic tribal songs

Magnificent, in his ability to remain true. Love stood before me, Admiring flaws Of Unique beauty
Without a single word, or Touch
Love stood before me. Reflecting deep desire, that pooled in his eyes ...and I have never seen a more beautiful, reflection of me

Bodies...Even though, she could see "for the meantime" lurking in his eyes And her heart recognized his words, "I love you" as a lie
She swallowed them like candy coated truth
Because...
It meant more to her to have anybody's body by her's than to be without somebody
