Feeling Myself

CATEGORY

just different

I'm feeling myself
the Queen has arrive
Head to the sky
Flawless
Step in my way
I. Will.. Slay

My attention you crave
My time I do not waste on the pettiness,
silly games you like to play
Giving me the eye roll,
wishing you were me behind closed doors
My name adding favor on your tongue
Imitating my old moves
playing catch up
Trading in my heels,
lacing up,
stomping all over your ego
You were warned
Now let me introduce you to the beast

Trying to destroy me,
my chacracter,
my name
Your tricks is like spinach
I am Popeye
eating it up,
becoming my strength
Toughened up
Woman up

People whispering, "Look, Paris is all grown up. "
Once looking down on me,
now you look up to me
My Granny told me,
she was proud of me
I hear you Granny,
that's all the motivation I need

Putting in this
work, work, work, work
while you
sleep, snore, sleep
You better have my money
Time to pay up
Banking
While you make payments on your bundles,
paying for material things,
I am investing in my dreams

Once was in love with a thug
now I'm loving and living lavish with a king
He say,
I'm his goddess,
encouraging my iness
I'm waaayy up,
I feel blessed
Lifting my hands to the sky
Thank you Lord for helping me turn my lemons
into lemonade
