I was close to evil and then I choked him out. It wasn't hard, he was a slow slurly figure spitting rhymes and pointing out everything that was wrong in the world but could never look me in the eye.
Never raised a finger to show me the way, behind him was death and destruction and in front a future that could be. He always looked over his shoulder and with a sublime smurk admiring his work.
There is no pride without prejudice and prejudice was just the look he gave me. He saw into the absense of my soul and filled it with something different, a seed drenched all the wrong in the world.
He was proud of his child and the children of his children because they would consume the world without a moments hesitation.
But he hesitated, he saw something in me and then I spoke and my words carried the power of what the world could be. He kept asking me to look back in my forward gaze and in my eyes, he saw a maze.
A willful and wanting of a future that could be. But to be honest with you, I was on the cusp of spawning a devil inside me but my words lead me to a better me as I walk in the world in the devils gaze.
