This blue bridge holds my physical and mental mass,
staring right at the diameter and circumference of this great full moon.
Its beauty and presence is greatly misunderstood.
If there is a Moon, there is a superior being,
who probably plays magnetic basketball and swish 3 pointers through them black holes all day.
Getting fouled by the stars,
free throw line ready, that's a 4 point play,
balling and pulling up jumpers all night
until his Sun says I've had enough,
it's now the break of the day.
This is how I imagine what true Peace looks and feels like,
down here we just try to mimic,
we're not even close to getting it right.

If I had a ladder that I could climb and reach to the heavens,
something longer and more righteous than the tower of Babel,
I'll paint me and the ones that I love legacies in all of that unused dark matter,
not all, but only righteous black lives matter.
