Solitude

Solitude is a beautiful thing,

but in my case it's more of a coping mechanism.

Something to protect me from a world that doesn't understand me,

and doesn't wish to. 

I am different.

From most others I am different.

Even from my tribe.

Why this is 

I don't know,

but I know that it is. 

Solitude leaves me with myself,

The only one who understands myself. 

The Dreamers

I will rip the dreamers from the dream.

Forcing them to enjoy the unhappiness I have come across.

The gross reality.

Everything you worship is beneath you.

Even the sky.

Falling

It is though I have jumped to my death, and the ground gets further and further away from me.

And I find such peace in falling.

I find such peace in knowing, 

Soon my end will arrive.

Soon I will be free.

But the earth loves me too much to let me go,

and I love life too much to resist her restraint.

So forever I will fall,

Until Mother Earth herself says to me

"I love you, but I shall set you free."

The Young Souls and I

How impressive are those under the sun.

The growing minds that see me as a great one.

I may never see myself in the light of their souls,

but forever I will hold their image of me.

Can I, a desolate and young sun be as they describe.

Can I, a God of cowardice be the teacher they look to.

Am I capable of such a thing,

I am he Who aims too low when shooting for the stars.

I am he, the semi-positive semi-achiever.

What a blessing my reality has been.

How impressive are those under the sun.

The younger Suns who see me as great.

I may never see myself in their eternal rays,

but forever I will know they exist,

and forever I will reach out to the heavens so as to overstand their meaning.

Firmly I have sat at the entrance to my higher self.

Yet through your eyes I have passed this threshold, and within is where I've been for æons.

Fain would I have thee believe that I have passed into a higher self.

Fain would I have thee believe that I am better than I am.

For it is this fallicy that will bring you higher.

It is this lie that will make you strong.

Firmly I have stood in the realm of the luster.

Firmly I have grasped the reality before me.

Whom shall I be once you see me in a truer light.

I would not have you know that I am none other than a fool kissed by the divine, 

an angel with iron wings.

Yes I, who absorbed your fear and terror.

You would shout at the world

proclaiming your misery

but that was I who answered back.

You give the credit to your almighty,

yet it was I who stood by you, 

and it was I who stood alongside your illusion, 

it was I who asked your illusion to guide you and protect you, 

for you are truly a fool, 

and whatever lies shall keep you safe, I shall nourish. 

I absorb your pain and tenfold do I feel it, 

and powerless I then become, 

for it is the hidden power within you that ignites this flame.

Oh what a beautiful light it creates, 

but blinding it will soon become, 

it is your power that ignites this flame, 

and it is your unconsciousness that renders the flame uncontrollable,  and wild.

A Being Incomplete

No foreign substance can make you who you are not.

No sun shall exist In a barren void.

You were indeed born in a world of chaos,

but you embraced this chaos 

and raised it as your own.

You must know young soul 

another's body will never make you whole.

You are not an incomplete puzzle, 

but rather water brought to a boil.

You are not half of a being young soul.

But you are indeed a withered tree,

who's essence has been pulled into its roots.

Let your essence free,

so as to blossom just as the souls around you.

Let your power be risen,

and your pride regrown.

Let me see a smile upon your face next time,

and let me hear the words "I love myself".

I stand with you my soul,

and love is the ground beneath us.

Just open your eyes, and you'll see,

Yes, it is true

I am truly blessed, 

for the stars have chosen me to shine upon,

thousands of years before my birth

they foresaw my arrival.

Out of love they sent their rays,

as to meet me in my days of youth.

My story is told as legend to the stars above.

As long as I exist 

they will express their innermost love.

So beautiful is their existence,

and so generous is their love, 

for they shine on all of us young suns and moons.

The illumination of my heart steps forth at the arrival of these distant rays. 

It then bonds, creating the sacred synapses

releasing pure ether from my minds eye.

Yes it is true.

I am truly blessed.
