in the room watching cartoons
wishing my siblings were around
wishing we were young again
Before we went independant
living under mamas roof, under
mamas jurisdiction, sitting on
the floor, gathered around the
television, young adults but still
children, seen more than we should
done more than we should have
things that we should have taken
seriously, we all laughed, as if we
all had misplaced feelings
booing, heros and cheering for
villians, just real life reflecting
pixeled annimated feelings
