Like the orchids, vanilla is derived from; I see melted petals across my breast.
I vision him praying with me in the mist of the dawn.
We are dipping strawberries as if this vanilla is life.
I’m tearing away leaves from my tree
Looking into the eyes of the one I suppose to love
But staring into this vanilla as if the bean was just crushed
Teasing today as if it was last night, I’m stone cold in the likes of you.
I’m hoping that today is the day you give me
Vanilla encrusted diamond ring I so want this to be on the finger of my beloved fantasy.
I feel the vanilla sheets across my skin, twisted deep under my pillow, then I wake up…..
