Meticulous in tradition
They’ve never denied his existence
But say he was a man of a new creed
And proposed what seemed to be a religion
He would do good deeds with precision
Instantaneously heal someone without any kind of medicine or incision
A man of passivity yet revolutionary articulate verbalism
That it contradicted their current beliefs & tradition
They termed him a man of sedition
But his life became a well orchestrated rendition
Perniciously attacked for his own life style decision
He chose the path of righteousness
But then they chose to be smiting this
Because he epitomized the sanctity of their religion.
They being the Jews of Christs time
Were sublime in their own minds
Pronounced self-righteous and dead by his own words, which is linked with the divine
Pointed to the fact that they created layers upon layers
Of laws that disregarded TRUTH then agreed upon by soothsayers
Pharisees & Sadducees seducing the minds like a systemic pathogen
They created their Levitical path of righteousness while forgetting their roots & origin.
Living up to their egotistical, highly patriarchal livelihood
Thinking the more works they wood do, the better for them it would be good
Good for them to accomplish
But he pointed out their flaws
And had so many astonished.
Many – him they had hated
Then the high priests debated and contemplated
Which one of the 12 disciples would be good to help them to have infiltrated
His mind they corrupted and abominated
The unification of the twelve was no longer consecrated
As Judas was paid off to hand off Jesus to be taken & adjudicated
Then He was falsely accused
Because he silently refused
Then when he spoke forth and discussed facts
They felt he used his words to have the face of the Sanhedrin smacked
But wisdom is not one thing that he lacked.
Although against the wall he had his back
He didn’t get aggravated and fight back
He did take a moment to mention
That they are the very cause of such human dissension
And that for his ultimate purpose
There could be no prevention
His destiny was to be born a king
A king for the coming kingdom
For which he was willing to die so that we all would have opportunity to see him
See him in his white linen
Dressed in his kingly robe and sitting on the right hand of the father
But they ignored his words of passion
With lack of immediate positive action
Rather, they had a swift angered reaction
And the anger fueled them to take drastic measures
And those measures that were taken
Were what would give us treasures
That could never be forsaken
Even if in this present life
Your world has been shaken.
Then they were willing and chose to have a murderer released
Just so he or anyone else could nullify their beliefs
Then he was placed between two robbers & thieves
Only one remained evil while the other was full of disdain and such grief
He placed his soul in Christ hands believing he was who he claimed to be
And promised that he would too, be with him in eternity
Then the sky had darkened as the hour was now 3
He looked up and his last prayer was then spoken and said
He gave up his spirit
He then was no more for his body was dead
Then the earth shook and the temple was torn
The very moment of his death
His grace had been born
For the death and sacrifice for which he chose to attain
Is the very purpose we are not worthless
For he proved his love is immense
That his bodily loss was our heavenly gain.
And it’s such a mystery of our history
In which we try to hide from the lies of our misery
The sanctity of his last moment was blessed
And all we have to do is believe and in white linen be dressed
But in the process, we must truly feel depressed and confess
For we are the reason, that he lost his divine rest
He lost it then gave that which he desired us to retrieve
So in order for us to smile forever
He had chosen to momentarily grieve…
… So take a moment, bow your head
And in Jesus Christ you should believe!
