We’re supposed to be in this world

Not to be enslaved, not to be abused

Not to be, afraid of the likes of you

We’re supposed to be in this world

Not to be on the bottom, not to be

Last, not to be a disease, we were

Born to be free, to create our own land

Plant our own tree’s we’re supposed

To be in this world not to be hunted

Like prey told what to say when we

Pray we’re supposed to be in this world

For whatever reason that may be we

Have a choice to worship our own

Choice of deity we are deserving of

Respect and dignity regardless the level

Of poverty, kept on chains because you

Know, we came to change things and soon

There will be no more wine in your the grail

Your time is almost up when we depart this

Planet we will not forget your horrific

Hospitality, trying to hide elemental truth

Behind a wall of Jericho when you know

How that went down so long ago

We are supposed to be in this world

Not look up and bow down to you as

If you are master and we are slave

Subjected to all of your scare tactics

Until you change trouble will never leave

This world, if we have to die for others

To know the truth, that’s what we’ll do

We are supposed to be in this world to

Take the spotlight, shining your own light

On you, so you can see what you’ve done

So you can see what you continue to do

We’re supposed to be in this world

Not to be erased, we are not mistakes

You may be swift but we will win this race

there's a old say that goes you have to laugh to keep from crying I get it I'm laughing but not cause I want to cry for any particular reason you know that idiom it never fails it means it happens every time once we recognize we're out of our league it's wise to pursue a league of our own I'm smiling I have something to smile about that don't have nothing to do with what's going on in the world something I can't do nothing about on that note "Uh Oh" is an expression of alarm dismay and means it's too late "it's about to go down"
