U R A SPLENDID SIGHT TO SEE ON A DAY WITH SUCH DISPARITY THAT'S DISCOURAGING THE BOND BETWEEN THAT AFRICAN AMERICAN MAN'S OFFSPRING. YET HE CONTINUES TO RISE TO THE CALL OF "DADDY". THEY LOOKED DOWN UPON HIM AND PUT HIM IN A BOX, TOLD HIM HIS FAMILY TIES WOULD SOON TURN TO LOCKS. THEY CRITIQUED HIS ROLE WITH SUCH ENVY, YET HE ROSE TO THE OCCASSION WHEN HE HEARD HIS NAME "DADDY". THE PUSH AND PULL OF HIS HARDSHIP WAS TO DESTROY HIS CONNECTION WITH CHILDREN AND RELATIONSHIP. YET HE GOT UP WHEN SOMEONE YELLED "DADDY". THOUGH DYSFUNCTION MADE THEM SEPARATE, HE KNEW HIS KIDS WERE NO MISTAKE, HE JUMPED UP IN COURT WHEN THEY ASKED "WHO'S THE FATHER" AND SAID "I'M THEIR DADDY". TO THE WORLD HE MADE KNOWN HE WOULD PROTECT WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT, THOSE THINGS THAT WERE PRECIOUS TO HIM, HE'D GIVE HIS LIFE, HIS SOUL AND FOR HIS RIGHTS HE FOUGHT. YOU SEE HE IS NOT A STEREOTYPE, A DEAD BEAT OR LOW LIFE, HE IS THE PRIDE IN HIS CHILD'S EYES, THE GLORY OF THEIR STORY, NO MATTER WHAT CHALLENGES HE MAY HAVE, HE IS STILL THEIR STABILITY...HE IS SIMPLY...A "DADDY". -Jahqui
