Have lost a 13,16 & 20 year old 

Due to police brutality 

All children of color 

We can’t fight back 

Can’t ask for help

Because this is 

Our reality 

We try to make a change 

For better of our own life’s

But we can’t seem to get pass 

Our blood flowing 

Through their lies

That they buried in 

In the nations eye 

And still play 

Victim and try to wash 

Away with white cries 

Cuz we the people 

Can’t stand for they lies 

For we have been 

Whipped, rapped, 

Tormented and killed 

All for show due to

They crimes.

Oh god here we go again 
Waking up to another Breaking News on
CNN I turn my volume up 
A little above ten when I hear 
Two police officers in Sacramento killed 
Another black man… My heart shattered 
When is this going to end because 
This system is taking all of our innocent black men 
Only 22 and the opps took his life 
really before it got to begin 
And what’s worse is that he had 2 kids 
Now they’ll wake up and never see their father again.
Things like this happen and y’all 
Expect us to put our glocks, pistols and rifles away
When we watch y’all take innocent lives and hide 
And cover up y’all lies all day 
When we have to sit and burry one of our loved ones wheel out the casket and the Bible and 
Pray all day just so that y’all can go home with ...

Father Who ?

What is a father because I only have a pops

He’s a no good so his lies

Never stop.

I can’t help what I just said

The thoughts flying through my head

While laying in this bed

Thought i had a father but that

Father is dead.

He promised me everything….

Everything that I could imagine but

His promises turned into

tydistractions.

Blinded by his lies

Police Brutality

Man down man down oh god look around look look harder look at what we found another black  man on the ground why? Why him god oh why? Why is it so hard for a black man to survive and easy for a white man to tell a lie? Please someone tell me I know I’m not crazy boyfriend, father and someone's baby dead gone but never forgotten rest high honey why the white man rottens. It's never going to end because to them it’s just the beginning and our lives ain't lives until they are done and we are considered living.
