Meet Moses, a nappy headed black boy who at seven
was ripped from his parents.
at 17 he had seen more foster homes then tennis shoes
Yet at 18 still graduated highschool...no biggie just another small victory, a miracle
At 21 he had 2 kids now attempted college but dropped out
had been to jail a few times but quickly got out
he wasnt a bad person but those bad decisions werent thoroughly thought out
At 22 he me a girl that would become his world
a few years later she would pass away
his blue skies would turn to gray
and his babymama took the kids away
he prayed and he prayed couldnt win for anything
that nappy headed black boy still had faith that a world full of evil couldnt break

Fast forward to this day
Moses is 25, working as a overnight cook still writing rhymes
has a new girl now she makes him smile all the time
still praying to the hgher power guarding him from the sky
nothing in this world is certain but Moses knows
to keep his head up cause
God is working miracles
