The only one who's there for me has been my momma
Lord knows through the years how we escaped the drama
There was never an end with her just a mere comma
Words can't describe of how she's a hard worker
What she's done for me, I know i don't deserve her
From the days feeding me gerber to eating burgers
In my darkest moments is where she spreads the light
It inspires me how strong she remains in the fight
Me and her will always be my greatest image
To be her only son is much more than a priviledge
The love she's shown me leaves me without any words
How she sooths the pain when it really hurts
When she puts away my tears running down my face
Being in her arms will always be my forever place
The outside world wouldn't know the pain we endure
It amazes me how she strives to find the cure
What God has done with her, I will never forget

The sparkle in my eye, The jewel on the desert
