some walk some stride
some slide some glide
I'm moving along walking
like leave me alone
pushing my way through
trying to make it home
in time to kick off my shoes
soak my feet meditate
on the day I had, I must say
it wasn't too bad though
things did happen out of
my control things I could
not restrain the worlds in
so much pain hard not to
feel the strain these are
the times we all see the
sign so many people are
losing their sane flashing
light in the night it's not
a plane what's that thing
hooked up to that train
here we go again funding
show me the money
where's it going where's
it snowing sun is out
wind is blowing out the
candles flames are getting
higher stop the fire
next time little ones need
time to grow so they
too can sow seed
they deserve to be free
of all the diseases
foaming on a perti dish
mad hysteria bacteria
fear of tomorrow come
the year just started we're
already @ dearly departed

there's a old say that goes you have to laugh to keep from crying I get it I'm laughing but not cause I want to cry for any particular reason you know that idiom it never fails it means it happens every time once we recognize we're out of our league it's wise to pursue a league of our own I'm smiling I have something to smile about that don't have nothing to do with what's going on in the world something I can't do nothing about on that note "Uh Oh" is an expression of alarm dismay and means it's too late "it's about to go down"

my distaste for voting season is people act like their talking to children telling them don't forget to brush their teeth asking them did they wash their hands telling them what they should do what they need to do what they have to do people act like they get paid to remind grown folk to vote who's going to know you did if they didn't see you do it
