Beneath the collaged skies,
in the realm of winter’s twilight
and spring’s dawning,
trees epitomize nature’s juxtaposition;
Some, in stalk nakedness, stand
with outstretched arms—
others are clothed in fragrant blossoms—
exploding pollen in streams of winds.
Confused allergies hibernate
like prisoners awaiting emancipation;
Virginia is indeed for lovers:
bound in changes and stabilities!
