I’m writing this letter
‘Cause I truly want our lives
To be so much better.
Sought for righteousness & unlimited spiritual zeal
But Gods voice or response has been repeatedly concealed.
Tired of being wired
To something that’s supposedly spiritually higher.
God is good is what I hear
But who could define good, in a world of such pain?
If you look around, it becomes obvious He looks at this world with disdain.
That’s why He allows the elevation of wickedness & pain.
Maybe He’s just trying to prove a point at the expense of humanity.
So He continues to allow the lack of joy, to drive people to insanity
People at some point may have relied on God but He let them down, so they chose vanity
Angry at this “God of Peaceâ€, they choose to speak evil profanity.
Where is the answer, if He is not the One He claims to be?
If we truly are all alone, that adds just another layer of fear & insecurity.
Where is the trend of His so called love and passion?
Still seeking for the compassion through obvious action.
Cause at this point, He broke at the joint!
Acknowledging the several things that I lack
I still choose to be a leader and lead the pack.
‘Cause I was able to claim & proclaim that He’s coming back.
But most people take the information and place on it the rack
Placed in the flame to refine the pain in my brain.
Left too long so I burned as a simple exit is what I yearned.
Simplicity is not how God works
He expects people to continue to believe like relative jerks.
But nothing works,
Because if you aren’t perfect
Than it’s a waste and peace is something that we’ll never taste.
I feel unrecognized & unknown
No matter how much I pray in my dome.
Even when I feel at peace in my spiritual zone
At the end of the day, I still feel totally alone!
