so many things you can change
do differently
do better or give up
so often
a few days
weeks
or months down line
steady
waiting for the transformation
continue to feed old habits
expected different results
having a recorder playing in our minds
not good enough
not attractive enough
not strong enough
not persistent enough
but yet we celebrate
by drinking to forget sober reality
by doing drugs to imagine the things we want to do
by abusing our body just to feel love
obess about making things right
we just make love to the wrong
how about a solution
to be kinder ourselves
appreciate our strenghts and celebrate our uniqueness
as a level oneness
change comes from believing in oneself
