Apathy

Come to think about it...
I hope that you hate me, prey on my downfall behind closed doors and berate me...
At least that I would know that you care, instead of sitting wondering if you're still even there...
People like to think hate is the cause of the hurt, it's not, it's dangerous but there's something far worse...
One word three syllables, as sick as can be, it has many faces but it's called Apathy...
 

Scars

Once your heart has shattered, there's no going back, there are far too many pieces, like needles in haystacks...

You can put your broken heart back together, but one so shattered will remain as powder forever...

It's really not addictive though, in fact it's repulsive, that's why anyone who steps inside, is subject to revulsion...

Everything I've ever loved has been thrown or taken away, I don't understand anymore, what is this word you say?

Love? Oh yeah, I've heard of that, but I haven't got a clue, if I've ever actually felt that...

So many girls, have entered my world, it's not like I struggle for lust, but I know deep inside, that this just isn't enough...

I don't have love to give, that's not my gift, not on a personal level, but I'd love to help make the shift...

All we really need is to be good to each other, we don't need to envy, idolise or ...

It would seem I’ve always been addicted to lines, it’s not cocaine anymore, now it’s rhythm and rhymes...
Maybe cocaine was the propane that gave me fuel for my brain? Just a thought, it doesn’t matter now, I jumped off that train...
I see too many people trying to forget the past, never forget where you came from, it’s very much who you are...
So you did many things wrong, things you’ll never take back, you still have so much time, to change the writing on the plaque...
Keep your mind focused, stay on track, use your past as the influence for your souls comeback...
