Control

Why I say!

It does not make you great

Goes to people's head sometimes

It's really a state of mind

Can be evil,cand be good

If we use it like we should

Can make you run off and leave your self

Thinking I got it all,I don't need no help

Iam simply talking about"CONTROL"!!!

Just Because

Just because they said I couln't do it

Doesn't mean I shoulld quit

Just because they said Iam not good enough

Doesn't mean I have to give up

Just because the color of my skin

Doesn't mean I can't win

Just because of the house I have and the car I drive

Doesn't dictate my life

Just because I am not who you want me to be

Doesn't mean I don't have the victory!!

You and Me

You and me we are a like I believe

Going through the same tragedy

But, on the other hand maybe not

I use to think I did what I did, and got what I got

You and me we are after the same goal

I feel it burning and yearning from deep in my soul

You and me talk, walk, act, and think the same

But, I don't know about you Iam tired of playing these silly games!!!
