wish I didn't miss you so much
you touched me and made me
feel a feeling that won't go away
though its been years adding up
to decades can't lock my heart
and mind up in a cage I might
lose the key and go crazy trying
to breach and pry my way through
breaking and entering into closed
memories these arms are open
wide in case you were to come
to me if you do I know it's done
for me I already prayed and asked
God when that day comes let her
be the one that comes for me
