Soul TrapSound like we wound up in a soul trap...rappers spitting street gospel but going beyond God...to get a gold plaque...talking how they had to struggle...and sale crack on every track...how was it a struggle if you trying to floss... money...cars...and clothes on top of that...you winning...comfortable with the liberties you're given...sinnin...as your record spinning...evoking spirits...with the poison in your lyrics... hidden...wise in your secular penin...you gone have to take acount for everything written...but God is forgiving...signing the wrong deal got you slippin...got you fighting for your master's back ....its irony in that...My God fights for me...those with eyes see... |
