What you want to know I like you, I feel like we would vibe together, Maybe that’s just me, What Can I say, I’m a mix kid, Who made it out the hood, I’m just trying to do something with my life, So I decided to go to college, I wanna become a detective in homicide, I also wanna be a math teacher, So idk, Back to being a mix kid, I’m Puerto Rican and Africa America, I’m 5’8, Living everyday with a smile on my face, I hope that’s good enough, I’m a deep soul, You will soon realize, I can keep going but I’ll give you a break.

Rounding up all my down falls

I made plenty mistakes 

Along the way of finding love 

Collecting pieces of soul

I left behind 

Every break up 

I ran and hide

Took some healing time 

Over coming the energy 

That was made to destroy me

Blowing up in my face 

Switching up

Acting outta control

Unable to tame the beast That Lays into 

A living demon 

Covering up your dark side 

Showing me who you really are 

True colors comes out

If you wasn’t 100 from the start

 

Rounding up all my down falls

I made plenty mistakes 

Along the way of discovering myself

Living in my own world

For 22 years

I was ignoring the messages 

The universe was telling me

So dam hard headed 

Instead of taking the easy route 

I needed to be challenged

As a kid 

Didn’t necessary have that kind support 

Looked at as a pay check 

Standing in front of a substitute mother

I took it upon myself 

To be my own teacher 

Taking the road that was challenging 

I figure I’ll learn by experiencing 

Everything happens for a reason

figure I’ll find out why 

Everything happens for a reason

I became my own competition 

In the process 

I turn my competitiveness Into motivation 

Can’t stop me now

I’m starting my own legend

Can’t nobody sign up

Only like minded people 

I learned what works for me

Taking the tough road

Works for me 

If it’s easy 

I don’t want it 

If it’s easy 

I don’t need it 

If it’s easy 

Do don’t give it to me 

I’m gonna reject that
