Hurt Me, With Goodbye?

She Said,

"The Lack of Communication Between Us

Brings Me Pause"

As if, Her Statement Should Be Met

With Rings of Hollow Alarms

Followed By an Awe of Dropped Jaws

Naw, Fam

That's Not it at All

The Gall to Insist that

You Get to Do Just as You Please

While I am to Step and Fetch

So You'll Be Appeased

Is No Longer the Current Deal

Your Absence Will Not Be a Threat

See, I Haven't Really Said Anything Yet

And this Poem Already Gives Me Feels

So, Pause if You Must

Because, Honestly Speaking

There are a Few People Who Would Like to See it

Trust

You are No Longer the Only Prize in the Cracker Jack Box

Acting Like The World Gone Stop

When You Don't Receive a Text

Girl Please

Maybe You Should Move on to the Next

I Bet, My Sleep

Will Not Be Interrupted in the Least

There are No Ghosts Over Here

Your Soul is So Damaged

That You are Now Bothered By Peace

Dying on the Hill of Emotions

Behind Your Spirits Inability to Recognize Devotion

Just Discover the Notion that

You Might Be a Control Freak

Your Absence Will Not Be a Threat

In Fact, You May Not Even Be Missed

I Won't Reminisce these Days

Where You Turned Kisses Into Killing

The Assassination of My Character

Due to Your Dull and Failing Intuition

Oh, You weren't Expecting Me To Realize My Worth too

For Every One of Me

There are Four More of You

So, Do What You Must Do

As We Remain Alive Within a Pandemic

I'm Sure I'll Survive this Loss too

Move Around

There are Worlds to Be Seen

And I Haven't Begun to Live Yet

Fix Your Crown Queen

King Stay King

And

Your Absence Will Not Be a Threat

@2b2b2 First, Thank You for Your Comment; I'm Humbled By Your Kindness and Attention. I Simply Want Men to Begin Realizing that Their Worth and Their Reality as a Prize, Needs to Be Taken into Consideration, as They Pursue Queens Today. And Yes, If We Can't See Each Others Value, Then KICK ROCKS!!! Again, Thank You.
