Juice running through hand knarled, reaching and with no judge attached to the frown

Looking up sun beams into the juice you reckon upon seasons, the lunar cycle.  The moon in heart, of hibernation, summer pariticpation

Leaves falling adrfit from beaconed dreams 

I hum sing out the start; dusty foot path heat in the throat & on finger tip

She sits a plate tapas for meal, cured meat, cheese and breads 

Thick hips and waist and breasts that boom

Of children held on bosom yet not of womb

Occasion on a whim a tinkle or flirt in her eye away 

Tall elegant child of gay pursuit whose emotions dance footprints over her desire to boot to fancy bar

Instead a cocoa to warm by fire, a book of self improvement

Bringing the glimpse of the crazy ones; the suitors who see the rise and fall in chest of a woman to young to breath these hop...

Mr Time

His beard is grey and wizard like

His gaze is sorrow, joy and wisdom

His breath a willow stern fouraging across a table

He wishes not inside of me, he wishes indeed my conscious

I fast forward and see strength, withered and strength again until the final calling 

My sparrow is adrift from the raven in his mourning 

I travel here to lonely place where I shall no longer smell a trace of aftershave 

I feel my limbs and ache, my toes wiggle searching for his instep

I can indeed activate myself in charity and grandchildren and knowing

The fear I feel is tangible to be 65 and alone unimaginable 

So much at stake

A decent humble kind being with turmoil behind and not infront? 

I crumble thinking of the word NO not for me

Yet it rumbles in the guttral 

Don't fellow the soul embrace embark on onwards warrior solo...

Maybes

Feel dud, feel nothing can be changed or will be changed

Will a hot holiday away make us become one 

Will our sounds of laughter become combined so that it rivulets of water backs of ducks on lakes

Or will we stare into each other at some point?

How are we so near and yet avoiding each others space

We connect outside holding hands, a performance 

Still the love is a friendship of deep time alone both praying this would end

And here you are both lover and friend 

Which I am all grateful to, there is no gasp no wonderment no real deep desire 

Is this childish, are we on a slow burn? 

Like a candle lit somewhere remotely flickering softly hoping that wildreness finds me somehow and you grab me from the remote

Probably to much of that 

TV and indoors

Your stance is huge, big in person big in demeanour

I am surrounded by the calm brought by finding another

But are you the one?

Is this a sweetness from lockdown searching for a matching soul?

Are you the reason for this heartbeat or someone to keep me cosey under sheets?

Is our conversation more humanitarian, polite and respectful as that is who I am as a person

Or is it oblique away from the times beating down outside on our news, in our pysche 

Are you the fella to make me feel good in bad weather

Or is it this storm surrounding us keeping our hearts pounding

May truth be found in ushering of whispers and gentle rain....

Awaken Me

Each street with small shuttered shop front

Businesses striving to survive choking as others lose life to loss of breath

Movement back and from, to and fro each other

Seeing which pockets will survive

I see you in amongst a switch right or swipe right maze of unfazed profiles

Your words are elegant and dress code prophetic 

I like the look in eyes

Tilt your head back in laughter with me, believing in the life we are given to preserve 

Wishing that a little gentle flower can rest their upon your forehead

Remind you of the gentle of me

Nothing is perfect, yet there is a binding symmetry

Your backside is voluptous and I want to grab

Grind and rewind be silent in your length of years

Shout to the roof at charisma

Curl a slender hand into manly grasp and gasp to awe
