As the dulling night snow
Slowly spat down on the ground
Covering all beauty with its
Clorox-like nature, I slowly drifted
Off to sleep and started dreaming.
I soon found myself
On the Mother continent—
My eyes riding about—filled
With the glorious beauty only
A Serengeti-like oasis can produce.
Soon, my eyes’ focus fell onto
A tall regal lady gracefully gliding
Across the this golden-yellow hued
Field dotted with trees of many colors.
Her long streamlined neck
Held her head up to the heavens—
Crowned with its natural mini
Golden horned-fixed queen tiara;
That body and those legs—Wow!
As the spotted skin lady
And her likewise entourage
Approached the circular
Rows of trees where I stood,
I quickly climbed up a tree top
That I might have an eye-to-eye
Look as they gracefully passed by.
As the regal lady reached the tree top
Where I was sitting, she stopped, looked
And nibbled some of the trees sweet fruit;
And when her eyes fell upon me, she let out
Her long tongue and gently licked my hued face.
As I sat there awed and filled with rapture,
She and her entourage gracefully galloped on
Into the distance, leaving me absolutely awed
And with golden sun memories as the TV alarm
Woke me with a smile to face the dreary morning!
