That Fateful Day

On that night of conception, a bright light descended

from heaven.

Bonding with the new creation, after nine months

the presentation.

A baby boy has started lifes unkown duration.

With worrisome connotations, of the carriers jubilation.

In relation, to the spouses abusive degradation.

To those before and after, sibling affiliation.

Harsh suffering, unworthy of any notation.

Forever filed, in the storage of mental documentation.

Once freed, victimized by nightmarish compilations.

The result, acts in direct correlation.

Forward development marred by trals and tribulations.

Ties of family severed, embarrassment and humiliation.

   Alcoholic narcotic remedies requiring rehabilitation.

Adulthood lonely, due to the bloodlines abomination.

   Relationships a failure, improper indoctrination.

Fatherhood misunderstood, no blueprint for examination.

Praying for ones offsprings to shine brighter than constellations.

No role model, would be a miracle if they make it.

Though fully clothed, strangely the feeling is as if naked.

The heart beats, but the chest cavity is vacant.

In the hands, the book of the covenant.

A search, for answers of relevance.

   Purpose, to validate this existence.

As the reflective glass illustrates the physical presence.

The vessel, to show the scars of the soul.

As the broken seek to become whole.

To repent, to testify, and atone.

Before the judgement, hoping its enough to go home.

Not the place you burn, because of chances blown.

But through the pearly gates, to kneel before the throne.

To ask why, the chosen was I, to be born dead, before I

had a chance to die.

That fateful day i was sent from the sky.

That fateful day I was sent from the sky
