it takes time to do every thing
nothing can be done w/o
the helping hands of time
it is not a tick it is not a tock

time is not a face on a watch
time is life it takes time to
create every thing in life
existance took time to make

time is more valuable than
a gold timepiece there is time
for war as it is time for peace

ask not "what time is it" inquire
"what time is"

the answer is "what time is not"

if it wasn't for the working hands
of time moving around the clock
non stop the world would be at
a standstill

time is constant flow be
there is no end to time
time cannot be outside of time

there would be no memory
minus time it travels it holds
memories in a capsule

the beginning did not start
void of it times dependable

time is money it's spendable
it makes change it's the
cause of life changes
as it is the cause of death

more valuable than a
diamond Rolex out ticks
the hands on a Timex more
precious than a Patek
dripped around Jay Z's wrist

one faces time on a daily
basis yet one has yet to
see the face of time

ask not "what time is it"
inquire "what is time"

there's a old say that goes you have to laugh to keep from crying I get it I'm laughing but not cause I want to cry for any particular reason you know that idiom it never fails it means it happens every time once we recognize we're out of our league it's wise to pursue a league of our own I'm smiling I have something to smile about that don't have nothing to do with what's going on in the world something I can't do nothing about on that note "Uh Oh" is an expression of alarm dismay and means it's too late "it's about to go down"

my distaste for voting season is people act like their talking to children telling them don't forget to brush their teeth asking them did they wash their hands telling them what they should do what they need to do what they have to do people act like they get paid to remind grown folk to vote who's going to know you did if they didn't see you do it
