Just Breathing

CATEGORY

just different

My heart is a stone, so heavy it's in my stomach.

Maybe that's the pressure I feel daily, making me feel

the need to vomit.

Sick and disgusted with life I've reached my summit.

So high I should just jump off and plummet.

Eagerly awaiting the fast approaching fate of

permanence.

A dying breed indeed, loyal, while others break their

covenant.

To which once had meaning, a purpose.

That hasn't been seen in the rear view for quite some

distance.

Left only as a remnant of its former self, devoid of

substance.

Sussurations between walls, as myths and folklore, for

storied enertainment.

The values and morals of a life that never was.
