Me, I'm at the edge of my wits. Looking down, at this bottomless pit. The resting place, for those who quit. One's, who choose not to exist. Or maybe it's just, some karma sh*t? The alignment of stars, making it cosmic. Whatever the logic, I'm in line getting served like I ordered it. First one to say, I'm not perfect. But ain't no way, I'm deserving this. Done some bad, some good, a counter balance. But somehow things aren't equivalent to the law of average. For the wolves in sheeps clothing have gained an advantage. I've never been the one, to run from a challenge The fight of the century, me versus a life mismanaged. Reviewing, watching moves, looking for an advantage. To neutralize mistakes, and limit repetitious damage. To gain a higher learning, like the minds at Cambridge. Increase the stamina, by practicing patience. Slip and counter liars blows, aimed at head placement. Good footwork helps keep the snakes at proper distance. Situps harden mind and body, for the haters stomach punches. But the stance, is the most mportant. It determines how susceptible you are, in those crucial moments. Been down, but not out, experience is a vital component. Warrior heart, forged in fire, tested for war, like them romans. New life, new fight, and once it begins. Keep your hands up, and tuck your chin. Now or never, don't worry about scars, you have thick skin. If its worth having, there's going to be some nicks and scraping. Pace yourself, take deep breaths, greatness in the making. Taken enough punishment, time to side step and start jabbing. Crosses and uppercuts with shoves gets those roadblocks staggering. To open up for a hook, and finally flatten. That monkey, that's been on my back. And raise my hands in victory, The Champ Is Back!
