I grew up with a cousin who was a fire starter and a hell raiser no matter who he called trouble answered my aunt thought that a change of environment would solve her problem child's problem so she moved to a different environment to get the environment he was in out of him my cousin got bored and created an environment of his own that terrorized the community "why he do that" he did that so he he could feel more at home " he was homesick" my aunt moved unaware of the fact that it follows like a drug addict no matter where they go they will find somewhere to score and someone to get high with this is how people change their environment by refusing to change it's easy to change environments, it's also easy to change environments that neighborhood will never be the same because "it always starts at home right" I could be wrong tho 🤔
