I remember when the whole family went on summer vacation
Using maps, way before GPS Navigation!
On country roads with no reception on AM or FM stations
Kids played card and hand games while adults discussed Reagan and inflation
Cassette tapes and 8 tracks placed in heavy rotation
Motown sounds great except the car speaker’s bass thin
Teasing all my cousins and brothers for hours, ‘please stop instigating!’
