a inside joke is often on the one who has no idea why everyone else is laughing the one in the circle but left out the loop though it seems unintentional it's often done on purpose excluding and refusing to share information with certain individuals being excluded from a group should tell you what everyone thinks about you leave the team "you don't belong there " their disrespecting you by socially rejecting you and exercising an ostracism on you stay or go it's your decision but psychologically painful to continue to act like you don't know it's nothing funny about that the key to never being left out again is to lose the desire to fit in turn off the mode when the features not working for you set the stage you want to perform on and surround yourself with those who will welcome you with open arms
