The death of a single Snowflake in New York City

CATEGORY

Frozen diamonds swimming in the stratosphere

Gravity pulls gems gently out of the air

A snowflake one of many

Diffrent in solitude

A crystal made of H2O and the hubris of nature

Slate greys skies give way to the Big Apple under winter storm warning

A single snowflake begins its final descent

A single snowflake dies slow under Times Square neon glow

Winter in New York City....

Beautiful imagery and a powerful message. Thanks for the share, Coalhouse. Peace and Love. Made it to 80 years perpendicular to the ground on 02/15/2022!
