It's True
It is Just a Desk
This is Just a Chair
Yet, the Air of Responsibility there
And the Communion You Bear
Dare Not Elude You
Yes, it's True
It is Just a Desk
It is Just a Chair
But Still a Place Where
Servant and Sovereign Consume You
Search for an Imposter Between the Two
And When You Find Him, Bind Him
Because His Rule Will Be Blinding
Go on Finding a Cause to Care
When Ascension Comes
Then to Yourself Solemnly Swear
That this is Just a Desk
This is Just a Chair...
Whilst You Embark on the Joyous Journey of Spiritual Authority, You Must Also Mourn in this Hour. Mourn the Death of the Former. He has Now Been Replaced By Another Person. The Two Will Frequently Be in Conflict with One Another. The Fact is, 'The Chair' Must Win. Must Always Win. No Matter How Devastating the Loss of this Person May Come to Yourself and Those Around You, You Must Put Those Sentiments Aside Now; For Duty Calls! Your People Will Need Your Strength and Leadership.
There have Been Many Whose Time in 'The Chair' was Brought Down Through Their Failure to Separate Personal Indulgences from Duty. You Must Not Allow Yourself to Make Similar Mistakes.
Assume the Heavy Burden of 'The Chair' and Live Through Every Minute of Struggle, with a Heart that Never Quavers and a Spirit Undaunted. Beautiful Music is the Art of the Prophets that Can Calm the Agitations of the Soul; it is One of the Most Magnificent and Delightful Presents God has Given Us.
As Youth Passes in the August, Unchallenged and the Tranquil Worship of Our Golden Ages Past, May Every Believer Feel the Thrill in Invoking Once More the Scripture and the Anthem:
"I Will Raise Up a Prophet from Among [Them]... and I Will Put My Words in His Mouth, and He Shall Speak to Them..."
