Immortality Manifestations (A Poem by Lazarus)

The night is unsettled. Peace has abandoned the city. Masks hide everyone’s faces. Zombies live. The air, the air has a distinct smell to it. Take a breath, breathe. Breathe in the fear. This night will be one to remember, Since I was gone until November or Neverary- I never worry about the truth & consequences of my actions, garmented satisfaction- a small distraction from my flash in the pan attention span…there a throbbing in my head, the dull numbness pacifying my ache to create, I patiently wait because “Time” doesn’t exist in my world, it stands still like Colossus Flying high in the galaxy like Pegasus, Of God’s and Men, never been a big fan of Zeus and Poseidon more like The Joker or Aquaman…DC dark comics only not the happy go lucky Marvel that horrible…I am the pain in your left hand, an unwritten script penning itself from conclusion to the beginning, the story that’s never-ending These furious styles come at your psyche from every direction only searching for imperfections, my digression is that of a God like inferiority complex but childlike… interested and curious- this existence is significant through the eyes of the beholder- I told her…”I can’t help but do this”…no rhyme or reason to the four seasons of change, I rearrange my attitude adjustment problem and dumb it down for the mundane, profound statements whispered about my name, fame, and posture- Why bother, they can’t see or read in-between lines so I guess everything is fine…

This is the Ninth Life of Lazarus “DaGreat sealing his very own fate within his pens imagination once again, Flat lined in 1995 to be resurrected by a Rae of Sun hopefully this will be my last 1 Divine intervention that is a bit selfish finding- a cure for wellness, I guess every writer has aspirations and all want the answer to the infinite question…”What’s the meaning of life?” Found my Destiny in the Year 2000 A.D. and was awoken in 2014 these eyes are too tired to sleep weary & beat, I don’t have time to bleed, so in my pen I confide-, there is an unseen war going on outside…only the especially gifted can see and since we are all born dying, we don’t really believe- the fact that (Happiness) is just s façade- a state of being like- sadness, anger, or “Love” all just a mirage, a camouflage of false positives so, we live the moment to be free, can’t you see, We are all under the certain impression that there is a purpose and not “just cause” Now that I have your attention…do you want to hear more, Curious? As in the genius words from a criminal psychopath, with genius-level intelligence and a warped, sadistic sense of humor, I ask you…Why so Serious?

The very Fast and Furious styles come in all directions of lyrical written perfection my profession speaks volumes without moving lips, quick flashbacks of brilliance and intelligence fade to black, the beauty behind the mask is scarred and grotesque at best they try to understand but can’t looking for signs like catatonic mimes these high crimes of post traumatic treason is fit for the season of the with ain’t she a a twist in the paradox comes unorthodox I watch and laugh silently in my head at the fools mis-lead, mis-feed, and misdiagnosed by most. A host of imperfections judged by 12 so called peers, living out fears that bring heavy burdens and tears can’t you hear the strange whispers in your ear but don’t pay attention to the insignificant only the loud and boisterous jesters of a fool’s court, I fought for a lifetime of pain and agony in the Odyssey of a comedic tragedy only to predict my untimely fate…so now I just patiently wait for these manifestations of Immortality…
