in all of my own self experience the outcome of expecting the worse has a far greater chance of manifesting than expecting the best I put it through the test often expectation of a greater outcome ends in disappointment expectation of the worse thing that could happen usually happens it's best not to know what to expect and hope for the best while understanding anything is subject to pulling up and poping off any time of day
