Im sick of all the chaos, and its time to tell the truth..

 the path that we've been traveling, is barely getting us through.

The way that we been living, is showing we'll always be Unsure..

Of the love received and Unity, I Promise it's not a Lure.

Feelings

Feelings.

Some say they are valid, others not so much...

 To some, it's binding, and others? As soothing as a touch...

For me? I love feelings, they tell me what I need...

From jumping for joy, to crying it out ;as my heart bleeds...

Feelings are genuine, as meaningful as the sunrise...

They help release the inflammation building up inside...

No word, and no action can take its place..

When we lose the ability to speak and act, Feelings are here to stay...

No matter how far we stray and run...

Our feelings are every where; its nowhere to run...

Except to YOU, those feelings, YOUR story...

Embrace them please! Experience true Glory!...

Feelings created us, and they can end us...

Allow them space, before they End Us...

Transmute

When Low vibes occur, I Self-Soothe.

  I'm a Poet, and thats what I do...

"Speaking" listens, while "Listening" speaks.

"Engaging" disengages the knot of nerves raging in me...

I once soothed, to evict the pain.

I now soothe, to transmute the game...

"Angry", put it in a poem, and set it free.

"Sad", put it in a bucket and water the trees...

"Melancholy", put it in a blender with love and light.

"Bored", Put it in your soul, it'll be alright...

"Chaos", put it in your arms, with unity and care.

"Bondage" , Put it in liquid, no stickiness there...

My reality is what I make it.

Never Lacking, I create it...

Gifted hands, and Poetry strong.

Self soothing, is the way back home.

I am Sage and Hood,

I am Divine and Peace,

I'm content in My Own InnerG...

I am Bliss and Clarity,

I am Master of self. A rarity...

I am harmony and forgiveness,

I am God and the witness...

I am You and Me,

I am in Everything...

I am one and all,

I am Big InnerG wrapped small...

I am within and without,

I am all I've learned about...

The Years and InnerG I spent Seeking Outside of Me..

Searching for The Pieces to MY puzzle, In everything... Except Me.

The mirror was foreign, no clue how to use it...

And the waters were muddy, so afraid to wade through it...

My Hands were busy, anxiously twisting...

So much so, Nothing I created was giving...

Not Peace, fulfillment, clarity, or Balance..

Threw my hands up! Whats the use of these Talents??!?

Surrender. Is what Spirit spoke into my Soul...

Not Only in Part, but Surrender in Whole...

Surrender to the Confusion, That tortured feeling of unknowing...

The bouts of sadness, anger, dispair, and false knowings...

Allow it all to ebb and flow, like the current of the sea...

Flowing on the wave of life, oh so light and free...

Real life

This is not a Trend; It’s real life Sometimes you gotta stop the mind, to slow the heart, to Nourish the soul Shadow work is the new trend. Don’t be fooled, that glitter ain’t gold Jump the gun if you want to; *** around, End up with it snug behind your front tooth. This poem was written from me to you

  to get this off my chest; so I can say out with the old, in with the new

hope you wasn't thinking I still want you cuz you got it twisted

don't get me wrong I'll always love you but only from a distance

you got a good heart and you'll make some woman very happy someday

hopefully your time doesn't come to pass while you're out to play

I think you were my karma God knows I played the game

and trust me my next go-round it won't be the same

maybe you'll wake up tomorrow wise the f****** up

and realize street life and the life and it's time to man up

I pray God blesses you with the wisdom courage patience and determination you require to get right

just take it one day at a time and remember change don't come over night
