"What type of man can raise a child from a cage?"...hate turns to rage as questions burns my brain like a slave on the range, pleasure turns to pain as I listen to the rain against the window pane...my mind no longer possess the anchor of the chains of my enslavement of these lessons learned from life strains... this is my life..."So who gives them the right to tell me what's wrong or right, as I'm fighting the current fight that's killing more than it has created, vessels of hatred separated in the distance between us, in it's touch, I have seen the image of our future gush out like a river, ripping the image of our future together, as the tears from these eyes cracked the foundation of there lies, as I lie in the loneliness of the night air, that's rooted so deeply in the life we share...yet, I'm left surrounded in darkness, four corners of 90° degrees, as my demons vow to one day have me on bending knees, like they are the overseers of my enslavement that's invisible to the nake eyes, I refuse to be swallowed by these lies, for I have seen this darkness form violently in the chaos of intertwined emotions, greater than being shore to the ocean, where I'm eager to share my love and devotion, that's causing a natural commotion because sweet words were made to be spoken, in this terrifying notion we call life... Terrifying indeed! When will we realize that we can't save and raise our children from the oppressor's cage? ONE. Peace and Love.

Potent penning, I must concur with mlowe5, awareness is more than a glancing blow to oppression....thanks for sharing!
